摘    要:采用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了中药材桔梗中Cu、Li、Mn、Co、Zn、Cr、Mg、Ga、Sr、Fe等微量元素的含量。在最佳仪器工作条件下,各元素的加标回收率在86.5%—111.0%,相对标准偏差RSD4.0%,实验结果可为桔梗中微量元素与其药效的相关性提供科学依据。

Abstract:The trace elements of Co,Cu,Ga,Cr,Li,Mn,Zn,Mg,Sr and Fe in the Chinese herbal medicine campanulaceae were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) with microwave digestion.Under the best working condition of the equipment,the elements recovery of standard addition is 86.5%—111.0% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 4.0%.The experimental results provide a scientific basis for the campanulaceae effect of trace elements and their relevance.
