摘    要:用浓硝酸-高氯酸(4V∶1V)的混合溶液对耐冬花样品进行消解,采用电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了样品中Zn、Ca、Mn、Fe、Mg、B、和K7种矿质元素含量.各元素在实验范围内,线性关系良好,回收率在98%-103%,结果令人满意.

Abstract:Camellia japonica L. flowers were digested by HNO3+HC104(4V : 1V) ,Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was successfully used to determine mineral elements such as Ca ,Mn ,Fe ,Mg ,B ,Zn and K Camellia japonica L. flowers. The results indicated that the linear relationships for different elements within the limits of working curves are good, and the range of recovery is 98 %-103% ,the results are satisfactory.
