摘    要:运用紫外-可见光谱、荧光光谱法研究了以二烯酮为荧光团的1,5-双(4-羟基)-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮探针的光学性质.一系列pH滴定实验表明探针的紫外吸收和荧光光谱随溶液的pH值的改变而变化.同时,探针紫外吸收光谱发生明显的红移,荧光光谱强度也随之变化,在碱性条件下,相对荧光强度浮动较大.解离常数pK<,α>为9.25,...

Abstract:The optical properties of 1,5-bis(4-hydroxy)-1,4-pentadiene-3-ketone fluorescent probe based on the ketene structure as fluorophore was studied by ultraviolet-visible spectra,fluorescence spectra.A series of pH titration experiments indicated that the probe displayed strong spectral sensitivity to pH in absorption spectra as well as fluorescence emission spectra.The absorption was obvious red shifted and fluorescence spectra intensity also changed,and the larger relative fluorescence intensity fluctuations were occurred under alkaline conditions.The fluorescence dissociation constant(pKα) was 9.25,and the fluorescence quantum yield was determined as 0.066.
