摘    要:采用高温灼烧、硅胶柱层析为分离方法,用傅里叶变换红外光谱法、X射线荧光光谱法作为分析手段,结合溶解与燃烧特性,对一种醋酸纤维素胶板表面处理用滚光油进行了剖析。得到的配方组成是正三十烷(19.06%)、油酸(3.64%)、硬脂酸钠(25.30%)、三氧化二铁与α型三氧化二铝(约50%)。

Abstract:Combined with dissolution and burning test,stain finishing oil for surface treatment of an acetate cellulose micarta was analyzed by FTIR and EDXRF with high temperature burning and silica gel column chromatography as separate method.The components of the stain finishing oil were obtained as follow:n-triacontane(19.06%),oleic acid(3.64%),and sodium stearate(25.30%),and iron trioxide,α-aluminium oxide(about 50%).
