摘    要:用悬浮液进样技术-火焰原子吸收光谱法成功地测定了烟草中的钙.样品经粉碎,过筛,制成琼脂悬浮液.用适量琼脂溶液稀释后直接喷入空气-乙炔火焰,与灰化法进行了比较,两者无显著性差异.方法简便、快速、准确.

Abstract:Samples were pulverized,sieved and made into agar suspension,the solution was diluted with suitable amount of agar solution,injected into air-acetylene flame for determination by FAAS.Compared with those of ashing method,there is no difference was found between the two methods.The suspension sampling method is convenient,rapid and accurate.
