| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了当今世界先进的科学与工程计算软件MATLAB.MATLAB是一种高性能的数值计算的科学计算语言,具有程序开发环境简洁直观、数值稳定性好、函数资源丰富的特点.本文以具体计算方法为例,讨论了MATLAB在数值计算中的应用,得出MATLAB软件建立多元回归模型的优越性,预测了色谱保留指数.

| Abstract: | The most advanced calculation software of MATLAB for science and technology is a highly efficient numerical calculating language.It has characters of succinct working environment,good numerical stability and abundant function resources.The application of MATLAB is discussed.The MATLAB language is used in regression multiple linear curves for chromatographic retention prediction. |
