| 摘 要： | 采用高压消化罐消化样品 ,以 ICP- AES测定干果中 Zn、Fe、Mg、Cu、Cr、Se、Sn、As、Mn微量元素 ,测定值与传统的湿法消化结果吻合 ,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好 ,并且可多元素同时测定。回收率在 95 .5 %— 10 1%之间 ,相对标准偏差小于 3.0 7%。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the contents of trace elements in dry fruits just as Zn,Fe,Mg,Cu,Cr,Se,Sn,As,Mn were determined by ICP-AES using nitrifying method of high pressure nitrifying pot,and comparison of the results of wet method.Two methods have no obvious differences.The method proved to be simple,rapid,highly sensitivity,good accuracy and determination of many elements at the same time,in addition.Its recovery is 95.5%-101%,relative standard deviations are less than 3.07%. |
