| 摘 要： | 建立了差示紫外分光光度法测定醋中苯甲酸钠的分析方法。以无苯甲酸钠的醋为本底,绘制校准曲线,将醋制品经乙醚提取分离后进行测定。该方法操作简便、快捷、成本低、结果可靠。

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of sodium benzoate in vinegar by differential UV spectrophotometry was established.A standard curve was drawn with vinegar free of sodium benzoate as the background.After vinegar products were treated with ether,the content of sodium benzoate in them was determined.This method is simple,quick and with reliable results. |
