摘    要:本文研究了石油裂解催化剂中钠、铁和铜的测定。试样用氢氟酸和高氯酸(或硫酸)溶解后,控制溶液酸度在pH1.5-2.0范围内,分别在5589.0纳米,248.3纳米,324.8纳米波长处对钠、铁和铜进行原子吸收分光光度法测定。其相对标准偏差分别小于5%,4%和2%;回收率分别在96-101%,94-103%和97-104%之间,适合于石油裂解催化剂的分析。

Determination of Sodium, Iron and Copper in Petroleum Cracking Catalyst by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
Abstract:The determination of sodium, iron and copper in petroleum cracking catalyst was investigated in this paper. After catalyst samples were dig ested by HF and HClO_4 (or H_2SO_4), acidity of solution was controlled in the range of pH 1.5-2.0, then contents of sodium, iron and copper were determined at the wavelength of 589.0, 248.3, and 324.8nm respecti vely by AAS. RSD of Na, Fe and Cu were less than 5%, 4% and 2% respectively; and recoveries were 96-101%, 94-103%, and 97-104% respectively.
