碲化铅晶体的红外光谱测量

摘    要:红外等离子反射光谱与晶体材料的载流子浓度、迁移率和有效质量等参数有关。通过测量碲化铅晶体的红外反射光谱可以比较、分析不同晶体的性能,从而可选出低浓度、高迁移率的优质材料。

Abstract:Infrared plasma reflectivity spectra are related to the parameter of carrier concentration, mobility and the effective mass et al., Infrared reflectivity spectra with variant parameter PbTe crystal was measured and compared, in order to choose high grade material with low carrier conce- ntration and high mobility.
