摘    要:采用葡萄糖-牛血清白蛋白体系,利用荧光光谱法对芦笋中抑制非酶糖化产物(AGEs)生成的活性组分进行了筛选。利用D101大孔吸附树脂对芦笋的正丁醇萃取物进行初步分离,用水和不同浓度的乙醇水溶液洗脱,然后对各洗脱物进行活性筛选。结果表明:正丁醇萃取物中含有较强的抑制AGEs生成的活性成分,其中80%乙醇洗脱组分抑制AGEs生成的IC50为0.024mg/mL。推测其主要活性成分可能为皂苷成分。

Abstract:AGEs inhibitors from Asparagus officinalis Linn.were primary screened by fluorescence spectrum in glucose-bovine serum albumin system.n-butanol extracts of Asparagus officinalis Linn.were separated by D101 macroporous adsorptive resins,using water and 20%,40%,60%,80% ethanol as eluant.The activity of eluate were screened.The eluate of 80% ethanol has strong inhibiting activity for AGEs,and IC50 is 0.024mg/mL.Its main active ingredient may be saponins.
