| 摘 要： | 醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳分离血清蛋白质的方法已基本成熟.本实验参考该电泳法对普通鸡卵、草鸡卵、乌鸡卵、山鸡卵、鸭卵、鹌鹑卵的蛋清、蛋黄进行了电泳分离和图谱分析.结果表明:四种禽卵蛋清、蛋黄的电泳图谱与鸡血清的图谱相似,呈现5条色带,并用吸光度对其进行了定量分析,为进一步探讨禽卵蛋白的含量提供了基础数据.

| Abstract: | The cellulose acetate filter electrophoresis has been successful for separation egg albumin.In this paper it was used to separate the egg white and yelk of common chicken,hen,blackchicken,pheasant,duck,and quail.The electrophoretograms of the four kinds chicken eggs are similar with the electrophoretogram of serum of chicken with five colour lines.The result offers some basic data for the study of egg albumin. |
