川芎药材中常量和微量元素的测定

摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了8种川芎样品中Mg、Fe、Mn、Zn 4种常量、微量元素的含量。元素的回收率在95.8%—100.8%之间,RSD均不大于1.634%,方法稳定可靠。结果表明,川芎样品中常量、微量元素含量丰富,依次为Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn,其中Mg的含量在3500μg·g-1以上。川芎药材中高含量的Mg是否与其活血行气,祛风止痛功效有关,待进一步研究。本研究可为深入了解和探讨川芎常量和微量元素及药效机理提供参考。

Abstract:The contents of constant and trace elements such as Mg,Fe,Mn and Zn in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.of eight regions were determined by FAAS.The recovery was 95.8%—100.8% with the RSD not more than 1.634%.The method is stable and reliable.The results showed that the Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.samples were rich in constant and trace elements,followed by Mg>Fe> Zn>Mn,content of Mg was more than 3500μg · g-1.Whether the high levels of Mg was related to promote qi and activate blood,dispel wind and relieve pain,need more research.This study can provide reference to understand and discuss the constant and trace elements and drug delivery mechanism in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.
