| 摘 要： | 建立了一种氯乙酸水解法生产羟基乙酸的有效快速高效液相色谱分析方法,采用C18柱,流动相为甲醇-水（体积比为60/40）,检测波长为220nm。方法的相对标准偏差小于1%,平均回收率为100.56%。

| Abstract: | An effective and rapid high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed for the determination of hydroxyacetic acid from chloroacetic acid hydrolysis.The components were separated by a C18 column with mobile phase of methanol-water（60/40,V/V） with detection wavelength of 220nm.The relative standard deviation of method was less than 1%,and the average recovery was 100.56%. |
