摘    要:应用近红外光谱法预测云南香料烟的总糖、还原糖和总氮。250份样品作为建模样品,41份作为验证样品,结果表明:总糖、还原糖和总氮的近红外预测值与化学测定值之间的最大绝对误差分别为1.07%、0.90%、0.10%;两测定值配对t检验结果显示近红外光谱法(预测值)与行标法(实测值)之间差异不显著;从验证样品中选择一个样品,进行总糖、还原糖和总氮含量的重复性测定,RSD均小于1%,所建模型能进行香料烟中总糖、还原糖和总氮含量的快速测定并可作为实验室质量控制的一种方式。

Abstract:The prediction of total sugar,reducing sugar and total nitrogen in aromatic tobacco of Yunnan was performed by near infrared spectrometry.Two hundred and fifty typical samples in Yunnan were used as modeling sample and 41 samples were used as verifying sample.The result showed that the maximum absolute error between prediction value and test value of total sugar, reducing sugar and total nitrogen were 1.07%,0.90%and 0.10%,respectively.The t-test result showed that there was no significant difference between prediction value and test value.A sample from verifying samples was selected to do the repeatability experiment.The relative standard deviations of total sugar,reducing sugar and total nitrogen were below 1%.This method can be used in fast analysis of total sugar,reducing sugar and total nitrogen in aromatic tobacco and lab quality control.
