摘    要:基于在pH 6.09的B-R缓冲溶液中,Se(Ⅳ)对H2O2氧化甲基紫的褪色反应具有阻抑作用,建立了阻抑动力学分光光度法测定微量Se(Ⅳ)的新方法。方法的线性范围为:0.020—0.080μg/mL,检出限为1.44×10-3μg/mL,用于环境水样中微量Se(Ⅳ)的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:A new method for the determination of trace selenium(Ⅳ) was established by inhibitory kinetic spectrophotometry basing on selenium(Ⅳ) had the inhibitor effect on the oxyen reaction of methyl violet by hydrogen peroxide in B-R buffer solution with pH value of 6.09.The linear relationship was in the range of 0.020—0.080μg/mL with detection limit of 1.44×10-3μg/ mL.The method was applied to determining the trace selenium(Ⅳ) in the environmental water samples with satisfactory results.
