| 摘 要： | 通过荧光光谱研究了N-苯基萘胺(AN)在牛血清白蛋白(BSA)上的结合位置、结合常数及作用力,并与2-对甲苯胺基-6萘磺酸(TNS)与BSA的作用进行了比较。通过计算AN与TNS的油水分布系数,发现AN膜透过性比TNS增强,增加了进入生物体的风险。

| Abstract: | The binding site,the binding constant and interaction force of 2-(N-phenylamino)-naphthalene(AN) on BSA were investigated by fluorescence spectroscopy,and which compared with the effect of TNS with BSA.The membrane through sexual of AN was stronger than TNS,and the risk into organisms was increased by calculation of oil-water distribution coefficient of AN and TNS. |
