| 摘 要： | 采用微波消解仪消解样品,以ICP-AES测定决明子样品中的Fe、Mn、Mg、Sr、Zn、Cu、K7种元素的含量.方法回收率在88.7％-103.7％之间,相对标准偏差不大于3.55％.决明子有很高的食补、药用价值.比较在白水冲泡,及在白水冲泡的基础上加入适量的冰糖和白糖3种方法的提取量发现,冲泡方法的不同影响微量元素的提取量,因此,人们可根据自身需要的不同来选择合适的冲泡时间及冲泡方法.

| Abstract: | Digested by the microwave system,the contents of Fe,Mn,Mg,Sr,Zn,Cu,K in cassia obtusifolia were determined by ICP-AES.The recovery was in the range of 88.7%—103.7%,and relative standard deviation was no more than 3.55%.Cassia obtusifolia has high tonic,medicinal value.Based on soaking in the water,adding the right amount of crystal sugar and white sugar,the extraction of three methods were compared.The results showed that the extraction of trace elements were related to soaking methods.Therefore,the right soaking time and soaking methods can be chose according to people’s own different needs. |
