摘    要:一次性微波消解法,利用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)对白花蛇舌草中的砷和汞进行测定。结果指出,3个产地白花蛇舌草中砷、汞的相对标准偏差小于3%,加标回收率在95.0%—103.0%的范围内。本法简单、准确,适用于中药材有害重金属的含量检测。

Abstract:As and Hg in Herba hedyotidis diffusae were digested by microwave method and determined by atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS). The contents of As, Hg in Herba hedyotidis diffusae from 3 different regions were determined with RSD<3.0%. The sample recovery is within the range of 95.0%-103.0%. The method is simple and accurate;therefore it can be used in determining the contents of heavy metals in Chinese herbs.
