摘    要:微波提取样品后,使用树脂分离不同形态的砷,以盐酸为测定介质,硫脲-抗坏血酸为预还原剂,硼氢化钾为还原剂,用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定7种驱虫类中草药中的不同形态砷含量。砷含量在10—100ng/mL浓度范围内线性关系好,回收率在91.4%—106.4%之间。本方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确,可用于中草药中砷的形态测定。

Abstract:The content of arsenic species in seven Chinese herbs were determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry with ion exchange resin separation.The samples were treated by microwave extraction.Hydrochloric acid was the medium, thiourea-ascorbic acid was the pro-reducing agent,potassium borohydride was the reducing agent.In the range of 10-100ng/mL, arsenic had a good Iinearity.The recovery was from 91.4 % to 106.4 %.This method is simple,rapid, sensitive and accurate,and it can be used to determine arsenic species in Chinese herbs.
