摘    要:建立了流动注射-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定奶制品中铅含量的分析方法,对仪器条件和反应条件进行了选择、优化。方法的检出限为0.30μg/L,相对标准偏差小于4.7%,回收率为90.0%—114.5%,符合食品中痕量元素的分析要求。

Abstract:The analytical method for the determination of the content of lead in milchigs was established by flow injection-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).The conditions of instrument and reaction were choosed and optimized.The detection limit of the method was 0.30μg/L and the RSD was less than 4.7%,and the recoveries were in the range of 90.0%—114.5%,and that met the analytical requirements of trace elements in foods.
