| 摘 要： | 研究了一种分光光度法测定大米中硒含量的新方法。本法的线性范围为0—18μg·L-1,相对标准偏差≤2.4%,用于大米样品中硒含量的测定,结果满意。方法便捷、准确、分析成本低。

| Abstract: | A new method for determining the content of selenium in rice was investigated.The linear range of determination was 0-18μg·L-1,and the relative standard deviation was not more than 2.4%.This method is sensitive,simple and reproducible.The method is applied to the determination of trace selenium in rice with satisfactory results. |
