摘    要:采用超声辅助法提取刘寄奴中的黄酮类化合物,通过单因素试验和正交试验,研究了超声辅助法提取条件(超声波功率、乙醇体积分数、提取温度、提取时间)对刘寄奴黄酮类化合物提取率的影响。结果表明,刘寄奴黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件为:超声波功率200W、乙醇体积分数80%、提取温度40℃、提取时间45min,在此工艺条件下刘寄奴黄酮类化合物的提取率可达63.27mg/g。

Abstract:Flavonoids compounds were extracted from Artemisia anomala S.Moore by ultrasonic-assisted method.The influences of the extraction conditions,including the power of ultrasonic,the volume fraction of ethanol,the extraction temperature and the extraction time,on the extraction rate of flavonoids compounds form Artemisia anomala S.Moore were studied by single factor and orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids compounds from Artemisia anomala S.Moore were as follows:the ultrasonic power of 200W,the alcohol volume fraction of 80%,extraction temperature of 40℃ and extraction time of 45 min.Under the optimal extraction conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids compounds in Artemisia anomala S.Moore was 63.27mg/g.
