摘    要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱测定恰麻古儿药材中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Li、Sr 7种微量元素的含量。采用硝酸-高氯酸常压消解样品,并进行了方法的准确性和精密度考察。对于所测元素,校准曲线的相关系数均≥0.9959,回收率为96.2%—104.0%,RSD≤3.4%。恰麻古儿药材中上述7种元素的含量由高到低依次是Mg>Fe>Sr>Mn>Zn>Cu>Li。恰麻古儿药材中含有较高的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Mg、Li、Sr元素。所得数据可为恰麻古儿药材的进一步研究和综合开发利用提供新的科学依据。

Abstract:The contents of the seven trace elements including Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Mg,Li,Sr in Brassica rapa L.were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The samples were digested by nitric acid-perchloric acid at constant pressure,and the accuracy and precision of the method were investigated.For the measured elements,the correlative coefficients of the calibration curves were greater than or equal to 0.9959,and the recoveries were in the range of 96.2%—104.0% with RSDs less than or equal to 3.4%.The concentration order of the seven trace elements in Brassica rapa L.was as follows: Mg>Fe>Sr>Mn>Zn>Cu>Li.There were relatively rich Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Mg,Li and Sr.The obtained data provide the new scientific evidences for the further studies and comprehensive utilization of Brassica rapa L.
