摘    要:建立了穿心莲药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,并对指纹图谱信息进行了数据化处理,为穿心莲药材的质量控制提供比较全面的评价方法。采用水浴回流法提取穿心莲药材中的主要成份,应用高效液相色谱分离-紫外检测法,选用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以含5%乙腈的甲醇溶液-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行线性梯度洗脱,检测波长260nm,确定了20个共有峰,并对不同产地的10批穿心莲药材指纹图谱进行了相似度比较和聚类分析,初步评价了药材质量优劣。方法具有良好的稳定性和重现性,可有效用于穿心莲药材的质量控制。

Abstract:The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) fingerprints of herba andrographis was established,and the fingerprints information was deal with datamation,that provided the relatively comprehensive evaluation method for quality control of herba andrographis.The main ingredients of herba andrographis were extracted by water bath reflux method,that were determined by high performance liquid chromatograph-ultraviolet detection,and the compounds were separated by kromasil C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) with methanol(5%acetonitrile)-0.1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase for linear gradient elution,and the detection wavelength was 260nm, there were 20 common peaks were identified,and the fingerprints of 10 batches herba andrographis from different were carried out by similarity comparation and cluster analysis,and the quality good and bad of medicinal materials were preliminary evaluated.The method has good stability and repeatability,that can be effectively applied for quality control of herba andrographis.
