摘    要:筛选山绿茶中乌苏酸的最佳提取工艺。采用正交设计L9(34)考察液固比、提取时间、乙醇浓度和提取次数4个因素,用高效液相色谱法测定山绿茶中乌苏酸的含量。山绿茶中乌苏酸的最佳提取工艺为A2B3C3D1,即选择液固比(mL/g)10∶1、提取时间4h、乙醇浓度90%、提取次数1次。本法工艺合理,质量稳定,适宜于工业化生产。

Abstract:The optimization conditions of extraction technique of ursolic acid(UA) from leaves of Ilex hainanensis was screened.Four factors including liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,ethanol concentration and extraction times were investigated by orthogonal design L9(34)and the content of UA was determined by HPLC.The optimum conditions of extraction technique were A2B3C3D1 as follows:liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1mL/g and extracting only one time(4h for each time) with 90% ethanol.The technique is reasonable with stable quality,and can be used for industrialized production.
