党参不同部位金属元素的含量测定

摘    要:用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了党参中K、Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg的含量,该方法的加标回收率在99.7%—104.4%之间,样品测量次数n=5,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于1.0%,说明该法具有良好的准确度和精密度。在此基础上对微量元素在党参不同部位含量的相关性进行了分析。

Abstract:The contents of K,Fe,Cu,Mg and Zn in radix codonopsis pilosulae were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The standard recoveries of method were between 99.7% and 104.4%,and the RSD was less than 1.0% for 5 times determination of samples.The method has good accuracy and precision.The contents correlation of trace elements in the different parts of radix codonopsis pilosulae were analyzed on the base.
