重油中微量金属元素的质谱分析

摘    要:建立了电感耦合等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)测定重油中V、Mn、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Pb等8种微量金属元素的分析方法。通过优化仪器的工作参数、选择适宜待测元素的同位素以及选用干扰元素校正方程可以克服质谱干扰,以Sc、Rh、Bi为内标元素,样品的基体效应和仪器漂移得到了很好地校正。结果表明,8种微量金属元素的检出限在0.001—0.096μg/L之间,RSD≤4.53%,回收率在90.80%—108.00%之间,方法与其他分析对照,结果一致。

Abstract:An analytical method was developed for the determination of V,Mn,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd and Pb 8 trace metal elements in heavy oil by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).It was found that the spectral interferences could be calibrated by optimizing operational parameters of ICP-MS,selecting suitable analyte element isotope and correcting equation of interference elements.The matrix effects and the instrument drift could be commendably calibrated with Sc,Rh and Bi as the internal standard elements.The result indicated that the detection limits of 8 trace metal elements were in the range from 0.001μg/L to 0.096μg/L with RSD not more than 4.53%,and the recoveries were in the range of 90.80%—108.00%.The determination results of the method are in good agreement with those obtained by other methods.
