摘    要:以微波消解系统对蒙药额日敦乌日勒样品进行了处理,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)在选定的最佳条件下,对该药中Fe、Mn、Zn、Ca、Mg、K,Sr、Na等8种微量元素进行了测定.该法采用一次溶样,多元素同时测定,回收率为84.8%-124.4%,RSD小于3.2%.实验结果表明,方法简便、快速、准确.适用于蒙药样品的测定.

Abstract:The mongolian medicine erdunwurle was digested by the microwave system. The trace elements of Fe, Mn,Zn,Ca, Mg,K,Sr and Na of which were determined by the ICP-AES under the optimal condition. The recoveries for these elements are 84.8 %-124. 4% ,and the relative standard deviation, RSD was 3. 2%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and was applied to the determination of mongolian medicine with satisfactory results.
