FT-NIR光谱分析技术测定烟草中总氮、总糖和烟碱

摘    要:应用傅里叶变换近红外(FT-NIR)光谱分析技术测定近1000个具代表性的烤烟样品的近红外光谱数据,采用PLS1数学方法建立了测定烤烟中总氮、总糖和烟碱含量的数学模型。通过对模型进行数理统计检验,在显著性水平为5%的条件下,其测定结果与流动注射分析(FIA)技术测定的结果对比,两者不存在显著性差异。该分析技术已应用于现场快速测定烟草中总氮、总糖和烟碱的含量,结果令人满意。

Abstract:NIR spectra of near 1000 representative tobacco samples were measured by FT-NIR spectrometry.The mathematical models for the determination of total-nitrogen,total-sugar and nicotine were established with PLS1.By statistical significance test,the results of determination were compared with those of FIA and there is no significant difference between them at 5% level.The method has been applied to the determination of total-nitrogen,total-sugar and nicotine in tobacco samples.
