摘    要:本文研究了超声波提取烟叶中的部分矿物元素,浸提液用ICP-AES法测定,其中K、Ca、Mg、B、Zn获得了较满意的结果,P、Mn的测定结果稍偏低。此方法快速安全、试剂用量少、污染少、操作简便,适合烟草样品中上述元素的快速检测。与硝酸-高氯酸湿消化法对照,结果吻合。并测定了国家烟草标准GBW 08514T GBW 08515,其结果与标准值相符。

Abstract:The multi-elements in tobacco samples extracted by ultrasonic were determined by ICP-AES.The good results were achieved by this method for K,Ca,Mg,B,Zn,and the measured values of P and Mn were slightly low. This method is simple, fast and safe.It was suitable to determine multi-elements in large quantities of tobacco sample. The results are consistent well with those obtained by acid-digestion (system of HNO 3 and HClO 4), The tobacco standard samples of GBW 08514 and GBW 08515 were determined by this method, and the determined values agrees with the standard value.
