| 摘 要： | 研究了钙离子与酸性铬蓝K的反应条件,建立了一种负吸光度法测定钙离子的新方法,钙量在0.0-2.4μg/mL范围内与负吸光度呈线性关系,检出限为2.3×10<'-5>g/L,方法应用于牛奶中钙离子的测定,结果满意.

| Abstract: | The reaction conditions of calcium with acid chrome blue K（ACBK） were studied.A new method for determination of calcium was established by negative absorption spectrophotometry.There was a linear relationship between the content of calcium and negative absorbance in the range of 0—2.4μg/mL and the detection limit was 2.3×10-5g/L.This method is applied to determine calcium in the milk with satisfactory results. |
