摘    要:应用取样光纤光栅滤波、近红外光谱和改进的差分吸收检测技术,实现了对甲烷气体等距分布的多条近红外吸收线的同时测量,完善了差分吸收技术应用于弱气体检测的理论。分析了差分吸收检测的基本原理,并结合光源强度调制技术,建立甲烷检测的数学模型。实验结果表明该检测系统性能稳定、灵敏度高,适于检测甲烷。
