摘    要:采用硝酸-高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解样品,用火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定了酒当归中Fe、Cu、Mg、Ca、Mn、Zn、Ni、Cr、Pb 9种微量元素的含量。结果表明,9种元素的质量浓度在一定的范围内均与其峰面积呈线性关系。该法用于酒当归样品分析,9种元素测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于3%,标准加入法测得9种元素回收率在91.2%—109.7%之间。采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定酒当归中9种微量元素稳定性好,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:The nine trace elements(Fe,Cu,Mg,Ca,Mn,Zn,Ni,Cr,Pb)in alcohol-boiled Angelica were digested with HNO3 and HClO4(4+1),that were determined by FAAS.Linear relationships of peak area and mass concentration of the 9 elements were obtained in definite ranges.The method was applied to analyse alcohol-boiled Angelica,and RSDs(n=6) for 9 elements were all less than 3%.Recoveries were between 91.2% and 109.7% by standard addition method.There is good stability and accurate results for determination of nine trace ele...
