摘    要:通过纳滤膜处理油田污水,用ICP-AES测定原液及处理后的样品溶液中剩余阳离子的含量,计算去除率。该法可使污水中大量的阳离子去除,对Ca2+去除率可达到60%左右,Mg2+去除率在40%左右,Ba和Si去除率在50%左右,对Na、K的处理效果也能达到了30%以上。去除效果良好,这能使油田污水的矿化度大大降低。该法对防止污水配聚使聚合物粘度降低,提高原油采收率非常有利,同时也可降低油田地下管道结垢的现象。

Abstract:Treatment oilfield sewage with nanofiltration membrane and spare cation contents were determined in basic liquid and treated sample solution by ICP-AES,and removal rates were calculated.The method could remove a large number of cations in sewage.Removal rate of Ca2+ was 60% around,and removal rate of Mg2+ was about 40%,while removal rates of Ba and Si were about 50%,and removal rates of Na,K were more than 30%.The efficiency of removal was very good,that could greatly reduce the salinity in oilfield sewage....
