摘    要:分别采用干灰化法和HNO3-HClO4混合酸消解法消解鸡血藤样品,参考其他中药材火焰原子吸收法的测定方法,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了桂西南产鸡血藤中K、Na、Ca、Mg、Mn、Cu、Fe金属元素的含量。研究了不同消解方法对测定金属元素含量的影响、仪器的最佳工作条件、干扰消除情况,并作了方法的准确度和精密度考察。干法消解的加标回收率在97.5%—100.8%之间,RSD2.18%—4.17%(n=6);湿法消解回收率在97.1%—101.3%之间,RSD1.02%—3.74%(n=6)。干法消解测定的7种金属元素含量稍低于湿法消解测定的含量。文章为鸡血藤多种金属元素含量的测定提供了可靠的方法,为进一步解释鸡血藤的功能作用和开发鸡血藤的药用价值提供理论依据。

Abstract:The metal elements such as K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Mn,Fe in suberect spatholobus of southwest Guangxi were determined by FAAS with different digestion and incineration digestion referring to other plant sample determination.The effects of mixed acid of HNO3-HClO4 digestion on determination were studied.The optimum parameters of FAAS and effects of different digestion methods on the results were discussed.The recovery of standard addition is 97.5%—100.8% in the first digestion method with RSD of 2.18%—4.17%(n=6).The recovery of standard addition is 97.1%—101.3% in the second digestion method with RSD of 1.02%—3.74%(n=6).The metal amount determined by the second method is lower than the first one.The method is dependable for determination of some metal elements in order to study on therapeutic effects and for the use of suberect spatholobus.
