| 摘 要： | 火焰原子吸收光谱法测定荔枝鲜果和干果中多种微量元素的条件 ;测定了泸州大红袍荔枝的 Ca、Fe、Zn、Ni、Mn、Cu、Pb在果皮、果肉中的分布。结果显示干燥对荔枝果实的微量元素除铅影响较大外 ,其余的含量无显著影响。

| Abstract: | This article analyzes the conditions of determining the composition of various trace elements in fresh and dry litchi fruit.The amounts of Fe,Zn,Ni,Mn,Cu,Pb and Ca in different parts of fresh and dry litchi fruits are determined by the flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer.The results indicate that the drying process has no considerable affect on the amount of trace elements except Pb. |
