| 摘 要： | 本文用ICP－AES法测定人发中碘含量，并对发样的处理条件及ICP－AES法的应用条件进行了探讨，结果表明该法能测定含量较低的碘，检出限为0．1ug/ml，相对标准偏差为1．10－8．45％，回收率为103．6％－106．8％。 |

| Abstract: | The concentration of iodine in human's hair was determined by ICP-AES.The condition of dealing with the hair samples and the applied condition of ICP-AES were discussed.Results show that this method can detect low concentration iodine.The detection limit is 0.1μg/mL.The RSD is in the range of 1.10%—8.45% and the recovery is from 103.6% to 106.8%. |
