| 摘 要： | 建立了一种高效液相色谱-荧光检测法用于检测血浆中的烟酰胺浓度。血浆中的烟酰胺首先被转化为N1-甲基烟酰胺,再与苯乙酮在一定条件下反应生成荧光衍生物进行检测。该方法灵敏度高,检出限为10ng/mL,回收率为92.75%—105.13%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.76%—4.43%。方法准确、灵敏、快速,达到了实验的要求,适用于血浆中低浓度烟酰胺的检测。

| Abstract: | Contents of selenium of litou cao etc.was determined by microwave digestion-hydride generation-flow injection atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The selenium content of different parts of samples was compared,and the factors of sample processing,interference cancellation were discussed.The recovery is 95.35%—102.90%.The method is good for selectivity and operation,which is suitable for the detection of trace selenium in common Chinese herbal medicine. |
