摘    要:采用HNO3-HClO4(4∶1)混酸消解地梢瓜的根、茎和叶,火焰原子吸收光谱法对消解液中的K、Ca、Na、Mg、Zn、Cu、Mn、Fe和Co9种金属元素进行了同时测定。获得了仪器测定的最佳工作条件、方法的准确性和精密度,结果显示:各元素平均加标回收率(n=6)为95.45%—102.26%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为0.18%—2.26%。地梢瓜不同部位各金属元素含量有一定差异,茎中Ca〉K〉Na〉Mg〉Fe〉Zn〉Co〉Mn〉Cu;叶中Ca〉K〉Na〉Mg〉Fe〉Co〉Zn〉Mn〉Cu;根中Ca〉K〉Fe〉Mg〉Na〉Zn〉Co〉Mn〉Cu。各部位均含有丰富的Ca、Mg、K、Na和Fe元素。测定方法快速、简单,准确度和精密度均较好,能达到分析要求。

Abstract:The root,stem and leaf of Cynanchurnthesiodes(Freyn). K. Schum were digested with HNO_3-HCIO_4(4:1),and the contents of nine metallic elements such as K,Ca,Na,Mg,Zn,Cu,Mn, Fe,and Co were detected by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Work conditions, accuracy and precision of the method were studied. The experimental results show that the recovery (n=9) is 95.45%-102.26% with RSD(n=6) of 0.18%-2.26%. The content of each microelement in the different parts of Cynanchumthesiodes(Freyn). K. Schum is not the same. For the stem:Ca>K>Na>Mg>Fe>Zn>Co>Mn>Cu,leaf:Ca>K>Na>Mg>Fe>Co>Zn>Mn>Cu,and root:Ca>K> Fe> Mg>Na>Zn>Co>Mn>Cu. But the content s of K, Mg,Cu,Na and Fe in all different parts of Cynanchumthesiodes (Freyn). K. Schum. are relatively high. The method has good precision and accuracy so that it is able to meet the requirements for the determination of Cynanchurnthesiodes (Freyn). K. Schum.
