三维荧光中药指纹图谱研究

摘    要:用三维荧光研究柳杉种子、银杏叶和槐米的中药指纹图谱,化学成分芦丁能够显示惟一的指纹图谱特征,因此,三维荧光可以较准确地鉴定中药中的化学成分,三维荧光可以作为中药指纹图谱研究的一种标准。

Abstract:The fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)including seeds of Cryptomeria fortunei H.,Leaves of Ginkgo biloba L.,and buds of Sophora Japonica L.were studied with three-dimensional fluorescence.The chemical composition of rutin show the only characteristic of fingerprint.So the chemical compositions of TCM can be identified with three-dimensional fluorescence accurately.And three-dimensional fluorescence is one of the standards in fingerprint of TCM in the future.
