摘    要:用分光光度法研究牛磺酸与对苯醌的荷移反应.实验表明,牛磺酸与对苯醌在pH 8.5的三酸缓冲溶液中,90℃水浴加热20min,可生成稳定的荷移络合物.荷移络合物的组成比为2∶1,最大吸收波长λmax=339nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=5.9×104L/mol·cm,在4-180μg/mL的范围内符合比耳定律,回收率在96....

Abstract:The charge transfer reaction between taurine and benzoquinone was investigated by spectrophotometry.The stable charge transfer complex was formed by taurine and benzoquinone inpH 8.5 Britton-Robinson buffer solution with heating in water bath of 90℃ for 20min.The composition ratio of the complex of taurine with benzoquinone was 2∶1.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex was 5.9×104L/mol·cm with maximun absorbance wavelength of 339nm.The charge transfer complex obeyed Beer's law in the concentration range of 4—180μg/mL,and the recovery was in the range of 96.1%—101.8%.The relative standard deviation was less than 3.0%.This proposed method is applied to the determination of the content of taurine in capsule and granule with satisfactory results.
