Abstract:The samples were diluted as 50 times by 1% HNO3,and 209Bi was used as the internal standard element for calibration matrix effect and signal drift,that was directly determined by ICP-MS.The calibration curve was drew to quantitate the determinand by extemal standard methed.The content of lead in same batch of urine samples were determined by ICP-MS and dithizone spectrophotometry,respectively.The determination results were compared by statistics.The limit of detection for lead in urine was 0.010mg/L with good linear correlation(r=0.9997).The relative standard deviation was 1.05%—4.88%,and recovery was 94.4%—106.8%.The samples were simultaneously determined by ICP-MS and dithizone spectrophotometry,and the difference had no statistical significance when the results were determined by t detection.This method was proved to be rapid,accurate and reliable with simple pretreatment of sample,high efficiency and low interference.It could be applied to the analysis of lead in large numbers of urine samples with satisfactory results.
