摘    要:荧光光谱法研究了核黄素(RF)与鲱鱼精DNA的相互作用.考查了离子强度、温度及磷酸盐对RF-DNA体系的影响.结果表明,DNA的存在使得RF的荧光光谱发生了规律性猝灭,其猝灭机制为静态猝灭;运用Stern-Volmer方程对实验数据进行了分析,得到了猝灭常数为2.82×103L·mol-1、结合位点数为1.17.核黄素...

Abstract:The interaction between the riboflavin(RF) and herring sperm DNA was investigated by fluorescent spectrometry.The influences of ionic strength,temperature and phosphate on the RF-DNA system were studied.The fluorescence spectrum of the RF was quenched by DNA,and the mechanism of action was a static quenching process.The quenching data were analyzed by Stern-Volmer equation,and the quenching constant of 2.82×103L·mol-1 and binding site of 1.17 were obtained.The thermal denaturation temperature of DNA in the presence of the RF indicated the mode of action between RF and DNA was not a classical intercalation mode.The salt effect showed that the interaction of the RF with DNA was mainly electrostatic interaction.
