摘    要:发现了Luminol-Cu(Ⅱ)-维生素B2化学发光体系,探讨了影响化学发光反应的各个因素,建立了测定维生素B2的流动注射化学发光新方法.该方法的线性范围为2.0×10-8-2.0×10-6g/mL,检出限为8×10-9g/mL,相对标准偏差为2.3%(2.0×10-7g/mL,n=11).该方法已用于药物制剂中维生素...

Abstract:The chemiluminescence system,luminol-Cu(Ⅱ)-vitamin B2 was discovered.A new method for the determination of vitamin B2 was established by flow injection chemiluminescence.The experimental conditions that affected the chemiluminescence reaction were carefully optimized.The concentration of vitamin B2 was linear related to the chemiluminescence intensity in the range of 2.0×10^-8—2.0×10^-6g/mL.The detection limit was 8×10-9g/mL.The relative standard deviation was 2.3% for the 11 replicate determination of 2.0×10^-7g/mL vitamin B2 solution.The method was applied to the determination of vitamin B2 in pharmaceutical preparation.
