Abstract:Basic conditions for determination of minor impurity elements in lithium carbonate was investigated by ICP-MS,the appropriate sample preparation and the decomposition method were determined.The interfere of different elements was studied.The detection limits of method were 0.020μg/g for kalium,0.025μg/g for natrium,0.009μg/g for calcium,0.010μg/g for magnesium,0.050μg/g for sulfate radical.The recovery were between 94.0% and 102.0%.The precision(RSD) were from 0.5% to 2.1%.The method is simple,fast,accurate and practical.
