摘    要:基于在pH 5磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,铜(Ⅱ)对溴酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红(IC)的褪色反应具有显著的催化作用,建立了测定铜(Ⅱ)的新催化分光光度法.在优化实验条件下,铜(Ⅱ)在1-16μg/25mL浓度范围内与△A呈良好的线性关系,检出限为3.4×10-9g/mL.该方法用于水样中铜(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意.

Abstract:A novel menthod for the determination of copper(Ⅱ) was established by catalytic spectrophotometry based on the obvious catalytic effect of copper on the oxidation fading reaction of indigo carmine with potassium bromate in phosphate buffer solution at pH=5.Under the optimized conditions,the absorbance ΔA showed good linearity with the concentration of copper(Ⅱ) in the range of 1—16μg/25mL,and the detection limitation was 3.4×10-9g/mL.The method is applied to determination of copper(Ⅱ) in water sample with satisfactory results.
