摘    要:采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定恩施富硒土壤中的总硒,优化了各项实验条件,确定了最佳方法。在最佳实验条件下,方法的检出限为0.04μg/L,线性范围为0.12—80μg/L,RSD为0.87%。测得样品含量在3.449—115.070μg/g之间,回收率为97.8%—101.1%,方法简单、结果准确、重现性好,适合测定富硒土壤中的总硒含量。

Abstract:A method for the determination of total selenium in selenium-enriched soils collected from Enshi district was developed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HG-AFS).The effects of experimental conditions on the Se fluorescence intensity were investigated and optimized.Under the optimal work conditions,the detection limit of selenium for this method was 0.04μg/L,and the linear range was 0.12—80μg/L,while the relative standard derivation was 0.87%.The contents of total selenium in selenium-enriched soils were from 3.449μg/g to 115.070μg/g with the recovery rate of 97.8%—101.1%.This method was proved to be simple,sensitive,accurate and repeatable,and suitable to the determination of total selenium in selenium-enriched soils.
