摘    要:采用HNO3-H2O2作消解剂进行微波消解,利用ICP-AES同时测定不同产地红枣中Fe、Mg、Mn、Cu、Al、Zn等元素,对样品的前处理条件进行了探讨,通过加标回收实验,验证了分析数据的可靠性,在最佳测定条件下,方法检出限为0.0005—0.0100μg.mL-1,加标回收率为90.0%—103.6%,相对标准偏差≤4.2%。结果表明,该方法快速、简便、数据准确可靠,结果令人满意,适合常规分析。

Abstract:The contents of six elements(Fe,Mg,Mn,Cu,Al and Zn) in red jujube from different areas were determined by ICP-AES.The red jujube samples were digested by microwave with HNO3-H2O2 solution as reagent,the conditions of pretreatment for samples were discussed.The reliability of analitical data was checked by additional standard recovery test.Under the optimal conditions,the detection limits of the six elements were in the range of 0.0005—0.0100μg·mL-1.The recoveries were in the range of 90.0%—103.6%,with the RSD≤4.2%.The method is easy,rapid and accurate.
