| 摘 要： | 采用可见分光光度法测定阿魏菇多糖的含量.以葡萄糖为对照品,以蒽酮-浓硫酸为显色剂,在625nm处测定样品溶液的吸光度.在0.00-20.00μg/mL范围内,葡萄糖质量浓度与吸光度呈良好线性关系,相关系数r=0.9995.回收率在98.3%-104.5%之间.相对标准偏差RSD为2.17%(n=5),新疆阿魏菇多糖含量...

| Abstract: | Polysaccharide of Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi was determined by spectrophotometry.The absorbance of sample solution was detected at 625nm with the glucose as index and anthrone-sulfuric as colorant.The standard curve was liner in the concentration range of 0.00—20.00μg/mL with correlation coefficient of 0.9995.The good recovery was 98.3%—104.5% with relative standard deviation of 2.17%（n=5）.The contents of polysaccharide in Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi was 10.57%.The results show that the method is suitable for simple,rapid and reproducible analysis of polysaccharide in Pleurotus Ferulae Lenzi. |
